| Child Safety Seats |
| Rentforless is able to provide child safety
seats for infants and toddlers. There is a daily charge; please
check the cost at time of making a booking or confirming your reservation.
Failure to return the seat in the same condition as received minus
normal wear and tear may result in an additional charge. Fees for
child safety seats may vary by rental location.
Important tips for travelling with your children:
· Always use proper child safety seats. Failure to use may
invalidate your rental insurance.
· Do not hold a child in your lap at any time whilst driving.
· Children should always ride in the back seat in vehicles
equipped with front airbags. |
| Advance Bookings |
| Certain rates may require that they
be reserved in advance of when the vehicle is rented. Any advance
booking requirements are contained in the terms and conditions of
advertisements or coupons. |
| Advertised Rates |
| Rentforless
advertises in a variety of publications and media. Certain promotional
rates may require you to specifically ask for the rate or mention
the advertisement to be eligible for the rate. Bookings made by telephone
may attract a higher charge. |
| Airport Relocation |
| Where permitted, in addition to time
and mileage charges and taxes, an airport transfer fee may apply to
rentals from airport locations. This fee is added to rental charges,
collected by Rentforless and remitted to the applicable authority
where the rental originates. |
| Daily Rates |
| Rentforless rates are generally based
on a 24-hour rental period and have a one-day minimum charge even
if the car is returned in less than 24 hours. For rentals over each
24-hour period an hourly rate applies until such hourly rate reaches
the additional day rate at which point the additional day rate applies. |
| Drop Off Points |
| Where a car is returned to a location
different than the one where the vehicle is rented a drop off charge
may apply. Please check at time of making your reservation. |
| Kilometre Charges |
| Rentforless rental rates include
either unlimited kilometres or a set number of included kilometres
per day as part of the rate structure (normally 100kms p/day). If
you exceed the number of included kilometres, a kilometre charge will
apply for the additional kilometres driven. |
| Stamp Duty |
| Stamp Duty is a state tax applied
to the rental charges and forwarded to the relevant state government
bodies by Rentforless. |
| Customer Service |
| Rentforless values your business
and welcomes any comments or suggestions regarding customer service.
Kindly complete the customer feedback form online or call a Rentforless
office. |
| Emergency Roadside Assistance |
| In the unlikely event you experience
mechanical problems, Rentforless provides 24 hour a day roadside assistance.
The number for roadside assistance is printed on the Rental Agreement
and attached to the windscreen of the rental car. |
| Driving Directions
/ Maps |
| Rentforless is able to assist with
provision of street directories and maps for major locations in Tasmania.
A charge may be applied to some maps. |
| No Smoking |
| Smoking is not permitted in any Rentforless
vehicles. |
| Petrol |
Rentforless rental rates do not include
fuel. The following options are open to you:
· Return the
car with the same amount of fuel as when rented and no refuelling
fees will apply
· Return the car with less fuel than when
rented and pay a refuelling service charge for the fuel used.
Please note that the refuelling service charge is a rate that may
be higher than local service station rates. |
| Amendments to booking |
| Please contact Rentforless if your
reservations plans change prior to the reserved pick-up time, otherwise
charges apply from this time. If you do not show up and do not advise
of changes a charge equivalent to a days rental will apply. |
